Rene Vivo, President of Vivo Real Estate Group, Inc. has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in his background. Vivo began his career in November 1985 at The Archie Schwartz Company in East Orange, New Jersey. After 6 years of working in the industrial/commercial real estate business and constantly delivering high production numbers, Vivo made a decision to leave Schwartz in October 1991 after accepting a position as Vice President at the Industrial Division at CB Commercial’s (now CB Richard Ellis) office in Miami.

Vivo was once again recruited by another major South Florida real estate company and accepted a sales & leasing position with Codina Group in November 1999. While at Codina, Vivo was instrumental in the Company’s growth in the industrial warehouse brokerage and land development projects in Northern Miami-Dade County & Broward County. Just two years later after joining Codina, Vivo had already finished the Port 95 Distribution Center development which consisted of 3 buildings totaling 420,000 SF of bulk warehouse space on 36 acres of land West of Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.

Vivo Real Estate Group, Inc. (VREG “) was established November 9, 2002. The company was formed to provide a one-stop shop for Commercial Real Estate Services. The company specializes in commercial/industrial real estate marketing, development and management with an emphasis on the sales and leasing of land, warehouses and manufacturing facilities throughout the South Florida Market. VREG currently has four full time commercial real estate brokers, in house CPA, Office Manager and two marketing assistants.

VREG has consistently through the years been recognized by Co-Star Group, the nation’s largest commercial real estate advisor and data services provider, as one of the “Top Ten” commercial real estate companies in South Florida and Rene Vivo is personally and consistently recognized as one of the “Top 10 Commercial Real Estate Brokers” in South Florida.
