In 2016 he founded MLB Capital, a small real estate investment company which focuses on distressed assets in opportunistic markets. CEORene Vivo is the Chief Executive Officer of VIVO Real Estate Group, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He founded the company in 2002 after identifying a market need for a local advisory firm that could offer personalized services and solutions for both development and brokerage needs in the industrial sector. Under Rene’s leadership, VIVO Real Estate Group, Inc. has grown consistently over the past two decades.
Rene has developed over two and half million square feet of combined industrial and office space throughout South Florida and beyond. Rene specializes in entitling industrial land for developments and has a keen sense for determining the most profitable and efficient use for vacant land.
Prior to launching VIVO Real Estate Group, Inc., Rene spent part of his career in brokerage services at CBRE, Inc., then began exploring development services while at Codina Realty Services, Inc. Rene is married and a proud father of five who enjoys traveling, fine wines, cigars and fast cars.
